San Fernando, California
This relocation project involved moving American Fruits & Flavors from multiple outdated Pacoima, CA facilities to a single, state-of-the-art workplace in San Fernando, CA. The goal was to create a modern, cohesive environment to support their growing business and bring all teams together under one roof. The project included designing and installing conference rooms, huddle rooms, a training room, workstations, and collaborative areas featuring lounge furniture, bar-height tables with stools, and Poltrona Frau pieces. This new space enhanced functionality and offered a fresh, innovative setting for the client to thrive.
The project also involved moving and logistics, utilizing all of our services to ensure everything was seamlessly executed. From coordinating the transfer of equipment and furnishings to setting up the new workspace with precision, every detail was managed with expertise. This comprehensive approach ensured minimal downtime for American Fruits & Flavors, enabling a smooth transition into their new headquarters while maintaining business continuity.
Sustainability plays a crucial role for American Fruits & Flavors, as they have implemented innovative practices to manage their waste responsibly. Instead of allowing waste to enter the Los Angeles sewage or trash system, they biodegrade it themselves, enabling them to reuse materials effectively. This commitment to sustainability reflects their dedication to environmentally conscious operations and forward-thinking business practices.
For the decommissioning of older spaces, including all 180 stations and private offices, our comprehensive services ensured an environmentally responsible process. Used products are collected and returned to the warehouse, where efforts are made to recycle materials such as foam, metal, steel, and wood, minimizing landfill contributions to reduce the carbon footprint. For items that cannot be readily recycled, vendors are engaged to process and grind these materials for reuse as raw components. If some products are found to be in excellent condition, they can installed, stored, or donated.
Now they have new warehouses equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and offices to support their teams. Their in-house chemists and engineers handle the production and bottling of their products. With its upgraded facilities and streamlined operations, the company is now fully primed for sustained growth and future success.
